Mint tray, silicone
Quickly make 1g (or 2g) xylitol mints. Dishwasher and oven-safe, flexible, durable silicone trays.
For the 1 x 1 x 1 cm tray, evenly distribute 160g of xylitol, which will be slightly overfilled, and melt it down into 1g mints.
For the 1.5 x 1.5 x 1 cm tray, evenly distribute 252g of xylitol, which will be slightly overfilled, and bake. Spray water on the mints right out of the oven to make them easier to break in half (into 1g pieces) if desired.
